首先，非常感谢楼主上传的NEK 606-2009版，貌似下载完了就后悔了。。。百度文库就有，相比而言下载您的代价有些高。。。

IEEE 1580-2001版很早就有了，貌似设定的金币有些高。。。所以我决定上传一个地要求的版本上去
