工作职责：
1.负责铜、塑胶化合物等主要原材料的采购，制定采购战略并执行，确保为公司获得长期优势成本。
2. 跟踪材料市场价格走势，根据销售及其他部门预计需求，及时制定材料采购计划和使用计划。
3. 及时向供应商下放采购订单和采购合同，跟踪未完成订单并确保供应商交货准时、货物交付及付款到位。
4. 与财务部门紧密配合，每月且每周分析并提供原材料实际和预计采购比较，包括PPV、FIFO等。

其他要求：
1.本科及以上工科学历；
2.三年以上采购工作经验，铜材相关行业背景优先；
3.熟悉ERP系统，SAP更佳；
4.英文书写和口语流利；
5.注重细节，对数字敏感，逻辑思维较强,良好的沟通能力。

Job Responsibilities:
-Domestic delivery coordination & monitor for cargo from TP Suppliers to SHA Warehouse;
-Timely and correctly execute the inbound/outbound shipments, including vessel booking, shipping documents preparation, making daily record and file keeping, ensuring all process/documentations are in line with government regulation;
-Apply for relevant Import & Export Licenses or Certificate to facilitate the export shipments to APAC Region;
-Manage Logistic Service Providers, monitor daily performance and finish monthly KPI Report
-Logistic Operation Cost Verification and Analysis;
-Optimize the Logistic process to continuously reduce logistic costs and lead-times thus help to achieve an optimum balance of service costs and quality standards in line with service policy;
-Search appropriate Logistic Service Providers for urgent and special project from BU.
-Finish other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager;

Other Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience in logistics management
2. Good proficiency in Mandarin & English;
3. Analytical thinking, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Experienced in handling export/import and well versed about the documentation procedures, customs clearance and domestic logistics distribution;
5. Good team player, obedient to the assignment from line manager & able to work under pressure;
6. Strong PC skills, especially in Excel & PPT
7. Experience in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone logistics operation field is preferred

庫存管理專員

Job responsibilities:
1. Inventory Master Set-up and maintenance in ERP System
2. Inventory reconciliation and adjustments
3. Inventory reports and forecasting
4. Inventory Control
5. Goods Receipt to bonded and excise warehouses for the responsible Sales Entities
6. E&O

Other requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent, majoring in Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand forecasting and data analysis.
3. Experience of ERP system, Inventory Management and Import & Export process practices is preferred.
4. Knowledge of demand planning tools
5. Experience in a multinational company will be a plus
6. Analytical thinking, outstanding communication skills both in Mandarin and English;
