这个词可能是翻译过来的, 说说英文原词, 可能大家就清楚是什么了.

The conductors of all types of cables and cords shall use flexible stranding, except as detailed under
specific constructions. Circuit conductors of mixed sizes shall be permitted for cords containing five or
more circuit conductors.

我是这样理解的:

所有类型的电缆(限于UL62中规定的类型)必须使用柔软绞合导体(即导体绞合股数很多, 在UL62里面有限制单股导体最大值, 那么绞合股数就必须比较多), 有详细说明的特殊结构可例外. 电流回路用的导体规格允许有多种(比如同时有18AWG和16AWG的导体)但仅限于传输电流的导体为5芯或者更多的电缆.
