Conductor | Nos. 24-10 AWG copper or nickel and Nos. 12-10 AWG aluminium or Nos. 27-20 AWG Resistance Wire; solid or stranded. Or Nos. 24-10 AWG solid or stranded coated high strength copper - min 90% conductivity, for 200°C rating uncoated or tinned strands of copper shall be 0.015 inch or larger in diameter. Aluminium conductors shall be permitted for a 90°C maximum operating temperature. Copper conductors may be tinned, silver or nickel plated, heat bonded or overcoated. |

Surface printing on other materials is optional unless otherwise noted on the facing page. 1. Recognized's Company’s name or E number. 2. Plant identification, if made in more than one location. 3. DC voltage rating. 4. Temperature rating, if above 60°C. 5. Style No. 3239. 6. The Recognized Component Mark followed by the letters AWM or the words, Appliance Wiring Material. 7. (Optional) VW-1. |
