1.       Outer sheath material: XHD-850-PCP, could you please help to confirm if  the XHD-85-PCP is available in your factory. And can it meet all the requirements of AS3808 as attached XHD-85-PCP showing?

2.       Cradle separator: Please help to check if your cable will have the cradle separator as attached semi conductive cradle showing.

3.       The pressed lettering on external cable, as required by AS2802 we need pressed lettering, please check page 51 of attached ASNZS2802 for Internal and external marking.

4.       Copper wire size and weight, Please check attached Type 441.6 6.6Kv for the qty and sqm of power conductor, earth conductor and pilot conductor. Please work out the cooper wire’s for this cable in one meter.

5.        Insulation material, our required insulation material is XR-EP-90 please help to check that as well.

6.       The Maximum continuous operating temperature: what it will be? Can it be 90℃？
