[材料介绍] 关于满足挪威NEK606:2004标准的电缆材料

国际上GCC、NEXANS、CCI、JINRO、PIRELLI等公司生产石油平台电缆的厂家,在耐泥浆电缆护套的性能要求上,基本上均按照NEK606标准考核。主要是在IEC 60092-359 的SHF2型的基础上,加上了耐泥浆要求,如耐IRM903油,100℃7天,要求抗张强度、断裂伸长率、体积膨胀、重量增加均≤30%。我一直在寻求此料,但至尽收获很小,国内常规的无卤料(无论辐照交联、还是蒸汽硫化)指标相距很大,特别是后两项指标。各位理工朋友如果对这方面有过研究的,请指点或探讨。

NEK606对于国内的目前的标准来说,就是耐油、耐泥浆的要求高一些!
可以通过干式硅烷交联或通过辐照交联以获得更高的耐温性能。
