R&D Manager

工程研发部经理

Responsibilities:

1.       Optimize the product & process to improve the product quality, reduce the production cost.

2.       In Charge of the technical development in designing new product.

3.       Identify and direct department improvement activities.

4.       Communicate objectives and goals of the team with all engineers.

5.       Be responsible for the budget plan & implement.

6.       Communicate with other departments (Sales, PD, MT, QA) for product & process services.

Qualifications:

1.       Min.8 years in product design and 3 years of management experience in Cable field.

2.       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Cable related.

3.       Familiar with the procedure of product development.

4.       Rich knowledge of engineering to manage product development team.

5.       Good at writing and reading by English.

6.       Excellent in communication, leadership & management skills.

屏蔽材料

        Al/PET, Al/PET/Al       铝塑带，铝塑铝

        Copper Tape              铜带

        Copper Wire Braiding ( Sliver Plated, Tinned, Bare)

        铜丝编织（镀银，镀锡，裸铜）

         Tinned Soak     浸锡

导体材料

       Silver Plated Copper                 镀银铜

       Silver Plated Copper Covered Steel     镀银铜包钢

       Tinned copper                       镀锡铜

       Bare Copper                         裸铜
