例:KVV3*1.5成品外径计算:绝缘线芯直径如2.8mm;3芯成缆系数为:2.154;绝缘厚度=1.2mm
成缆外径=2.8*2.154=6.03
成品外径=6.03+(2*1.2)=8.43

GB/T20637.2-2006附录成C中规定了电缆平均外径的上限和下限,电缆外径公式计算是:
最小外径:IF(0.97*AA5<=5,ROUND(0.97*AA5,1),IF(AND(0.97*AA5>5,0.97*AA5<=10),FLOOR(0.97*AA5,0.2),IF(0.97*AA5>10,FLOOR(0.97*AA5,0.5))))
最大外径:IF(1.05*AB5+0.4<=5,CEILING(1.05*AB5+0.4,0.1),IF(AND(1.05*AB5+0.5>5,1.05*AB5+0.5<=10),CEILING(1.05*AB5+0.5,0.2),IF(1.05*AB5+0.5>10,CEILING(1.05*AB5+0.5,0.5))))
