Form 1-N -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses consisting offour parts or less. Each piece of wire, fitting, splice, terminal block, wiring device,etc. is considered to be a part. Simple terminations of the eyelet, ring, openspade or quick-connect types are not counted as a part when determining theform label to be used. One of the four (or less) parts may be a Listed powersupply cord.

Form N -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses having morethan four parts as described above. The harness may include as one of the partsa Listed power supply cord.

Form 1-T -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses consisting offour parts (or less) as described above, using as one of the parts, a power supplycord which has not been previously Listed and, therefore, must be subjected tothe tests prescribed for a power supply cord.

Form T -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses having morethan four parts as described above and having as one of the parts a powersupply cord which has not been previously Listed and must, therefore, besubjected to the tests prescribed for a power supply cord.
