电缆附件试验要求

 

 

1 IEC(国际电工委员会)是一个由所有国家电工委员会(IEC国家委员会)组成的世界性标准化组织。IEC的目标是在电气和电子专业有关标准化的所有问题上促进国际合作。为   IEC除了出版国际标准外,还进行一些其它活动。这些标准由受委托的各技术委员会制订。对关心所涉及的标准的任何IEC国家委员会可以参加制订工作。与IEC有协作关系的国际组织,政府机构和政府机构也可参加这种制订工作。IEC和国际标准化组织根据双方的协商条件密切合作。

2 由于每个技术委员会代表所有国家委员会对他们关心的技术间题作出的IEC正式决议或协议尽可能表达出国际上对相关主题的一致意见。

3 由这些正式议或协议的形成的文件以推荐形式在国际上使用,并以标准、技术报告或导   则的形式出版,在此意义上这些文件被各国家委员会所接受。

4  为促进国际上的统一,IEC国家委员会同意明确地尽可能最大限度地在他们的国家标准和区域标准中采用IEC国际标准。在IEC标准和相应的国家标准或区域标准之间的任何差异应在后者中明确指出。

5  IEC不提供表示它被批准的标志的程序,而且不会对声称符合其一些标准之一的设备承担责任。

6  要注意到本国际标准中的某些要素可能有专利权。IEC不应对辨认任何或所有这种专程权负有责任。
