■该款机型是应客户要求设计制作出的专门用于极细线轴装带包带用；

It is designed for the customer's latest requirement  , specifically for the fine wires' taping;

■PLC+PID+伺服双盘包带+伺服引取+高频火花机在线检测+微动力收放线张力控制+高性能加热管对外层热缩膜进行加热粘合；

PLC+PID+servo dual taping heads+servo drawing+high frequency CHJ detecting on line+micro-power clutch controlling the tensions+high efficiency heater to bond the outer film;

■包带轴规格：Ø100mm*90mm；内孔径Ø30mm；带宽：2mm-4mm-6mm；

The sizes of the film reel: Ø100*90mm; the diameter of the inner bore:Ø30mm; the widths of the films: 2mm--4mm--6mm;

■收线盘规格：Ø200- Ø300mm；

The sizes of the take-up bobbin: Ø200- Ø300mm;

■有断线、断带、反带、完带，火花自动停机报警装置。

The CHJ machine will stop running and alert when the wire is broken,the film is broken,the film is verso and the film is over as well.
