Dear all

  前兩天我做了款成品HDMI 1.4  TYPE A 3m ,raw and nonnector 都是自己做的,盡然測試眼圖沒有過??? 貴司能過幾米?

  測試raw的特性阻抗是ok的,5P都在100-105之間.

因IP補阻,眼圖及圖片無法上傳,也不能傳完整的報告,本人求教不辭辛苦,向高手們請教.(張麻子站著把錢給掙了,本人求教的同時也把金幣給掙了.)

线材部分阻抗尽量做到105ohms

极限眼图会有提高,这只是改善方案,

再测试一下Skew,极限眼图与衰减跟Skew有很大关系

兄弟,从测试结果上看,你的线材导体应该是30AWG的吧?你说测试眼图不过,请问是测试什么规格眼图不过?1080P的还是3.4G的眼图?感觉你这个测试有点问题,RAW cable阻抗好好的,怎么成品测试线材差分阻抗就变的那么差了呢?阻抗这么低,除了测试问题还有就是最好把连接器的阻抗在加工前先抽测一下,看看是否合格!

裸线差分阻抗是好的 加工后差分阻抗低了那么多???

如果是同一条线 根本不可能吧!!

唯一出错的地方 应该是测试裸线和测试成品的 软件是否未校正 或者测试哪出了问题!

应该是磁環那里出问题了吧,正常来说CABLE的阻抗高点和低点不会相差一、二十欧啊。这样阻抗也太不稳定了

应该是连接器的阻抗与RAW CABLE的阻抗不匹配造成的
