<DIV>3 检验规则</DIV><DIV>3.1检验方法及要求</DIV><DIV>3.1.1合格供方生产的ZGH料，产品性能稳定（在一年内未发生质量问题而退货），作隔批抽检。</DIV><DIV>3.1.2新厂家供应ZGH料应每批抽检，连续五次抽样均合格的转为隔批抽检。</DIV><DIV>3.1.3定点厂家的ZGH料抽检一次不合格的按首批供货材料规定抽检。</DIV><DIV>3.1.4对每批ZGH料必须附有供方材料的质保书或检测报告。</DIV><DIV>3.1.5抽样方法</DIV><DIV>每批取2袋及以上。</DIV><DIV>3.2检测项目</DIV><DIV>3.2.1可检项目为ZR-YJV22,ZR-VV阻燃电缆抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、挤出外观、体积电阻率、氧指数和密度。</DIV><DIV>3.2.2对于无法检测的性能依据生产厂商的检测报告或质保书验收。</DIV><DIV>4 包装</DIV><DIV>ZGH料内用聚乙烯塑料薄膜袋，外用PP编织物/牛皮纸复合袋包装，每袋净重25±0.2kg。</DIV><DIV>5 标志</DIV><DIV>ZGH料包装上必须注明生厂家名称、材料型号及名称、制造日期、净重、产品合格证等标志。</DIV><DIV>6 附件</DIV><DIV>ZGH料进厂时，应附有材料生产厂家质量保证书或质量检验单。首次供货时，必须附有法定检验部门的型式试验报告。正常供货时，每两年应提供一次法定检验部门的型式试验报告。</DIV><DIV>7 运输</DIV><DIV>ZGH料在运输时，不应受到日晒、雨淋，包装不应受到破损。</DIV><DIV>8 贮存</DIV><DIV>ZGH料应贮存在清洁、阴凉、干燥、通风的库房内，贮存日期从生产日期起为12个月。</DIV><DIV>
