Quality Manager

Working Location: Jiangsu Province

Report to: Operation Manager

Responsibilities

Supervision of the quality assurance function to guarantee full implementation of the quality system according to the necessary quality standards.

 Supervision and coordination of the quality control activities, including receiving inspection, in-process inspection and final product inspection.

 Support in-process and final inspection of samples.

Implement strategies for quality function, including quality system establishment and maintenance, process improvement, KPI measurement, etc.

Make sure all document used in corporate is updated.

 Training related people.

Manage all inspection and make sure all products tested in accordance with the quality system.

Lead internal/external audit and management review base on company goals and KPIs.

Responsible for the evaluation and audit external suppliers.

Handing customers’ complaints, performing investigations, take corrective actions and communicate to the customer.

Filure analysis and problem solving for both internal and external.
Responsible for environment issues, including Reach, Rosh and ISO14000, as well as environmental problems monitoring, reporting and management etc.
