招聘要求:
1. 工作职责:
l Technical support for Marine & offshore, Rolling stock, Handling, Ming, Wind, Automation, data centre, and HV & LMV transmission segment, and also for other Special segment. Familiar with Offshore and handling cable is a minimum.
l Manage and conduct projects and product qualification process. Including new material / new process, new machine / new tooling, product development strategy.
l Cable Design with right compound selection: technical evaluation, selection of the potential solution in the Nexans portfolio, technical proposal (data sheet,…).
l Make BOM & Routine base on standard / specification and Customer’s requirement for FRQ
l Cable re-design for cost reduction and compound optimization.
l Troubleshooting on technical issues and process optimization.
l Preparing and checking integral technical support documentations for sales and customers including data sheet, specification, catalogue and adequate cable solution proposals for cable application.
l Communication with Universities, external Lab. and NRC if needs.
2. 要求:
l Min. Education Background: Bachelor degree and / or above
l Major in: Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical
l High initiative, self motivated and hard working attitude, good team work
l Proficient in CAD, Microsoft office and good English…
l Good Understanding in Cable design, Manufacturing process, Cable test including application testing, and relative standards such as IEC, EN, GB…
l Good understanding for Rubber and Plastic compound technology.

本科学历学士学位、CAD和英文熟练、熟悉电缆设计、工艺、测试标准以及IEC, EN, GB…等等标准,如果这个岗位的工资必须在12K/月(年薪15W-20W)以上我才会考虑,现在的企业招人要求提的很高,什么都得会,有时仅仅招个技术员搞和招聘工程院院士一样,真的没必要!术业有专攻,用人所长就可以了,何必为难自己又为难真正的人才呢!请急需或真心实意的招聘企业,好好想想自己需要什么样的人,再招吧!
