1. Medical Technical Engineer (Cable assembly/Wire harness) 技术工程师（医疗线缆/束加工）

Job Descriptions：
（1）Analyze Cost breakdown，develop and implement the marketing and sales strategic plan for the Handling Medical Industrial cables assembly both China and oversea,
（2）Assistant Technical manager to identify the target market segment and its poential/trend High-Technical spec in and prepare technical proposal about Medical Industrial Wire harness and Cable assembly
（3）Build up customers database and to search for undeveloped custiomers
（4）Assistant  manager to identify and increase customers base for the target market
（5）Working closely and coordinate with the Sales team in gathering information on market/projects/competition.Joint visit with the buyer person
（6）To make proper spec in with project engineers of custioners with assistant from technical support

（6）to make proper Drawings and set up BOM.
Qalifications：
 （1） University Degree holder with Degree in Eletrical Engineering, Cable or Medical engineering related industries,
（2） 5 or above years as Medical cable assembly technical field

1．   负责特种电缆产品技术开发。

2．   进行新产品制作，负责非常规产品临时工艺、技术要求

3．   负责培训人员，提高其操作技能；按照管理体系要求，做好技术资料管理及保密工作

4．   负责车间工装模具的准备、质量改进及工艺攻关，解决车间操作出现的技术问题

5．   定期汇报进度情况，项目结果
岗位要求：

1、   专科以上学历，5年以上电线厂工作经验；能看懂英文邮件

2、   具备一定的人际能力、团队协作能力、问/倾听的能力、分析能力、设计解决方案能力、学习能力；具备一定的管理知识；

3、   做事主动，待人真诚；

4、   具备一定的电线相关专业知识；

5、   年龄在30岁以上，能承受工作压力。

2． Senior Product Engineer高级电线程师（无电线行业者，请无试。）

Job Descriptions：

1.       To develop/design the new products such as wire&cables, wire harnesses  or accessories for different countries or customized requirements.

2.       To develop new materials to meet specific customers' requirements.

3.       To manage the progress of new product development projects in areas such as tooling, testing, samples, processes, production trial runs etc. to meet customers' deadlines.

4.       To communicate with internal and external customers via e-mail or conference calls during the course of product development.

5.       To take a lead role in trouble-shooting and problem-solving via proper engineering processes when problems are encountered during product development.

Qualification/Experiences
1.College /University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science/Technology.
2.Minimum 5years experience in development preferably in wire cable industry. Good trouble-shooting skills and analytical mind. Able to sort concerns, identify problems, evaluate alternatives and draw resources to arrive at solutions.
3.Ability to motivate and lead the team members to take effective action towards achieving results.

4,Familiarity with international product safety standards such as UL758,1581 etc will be an added advantage.
