Position：Application Manager for Cable

Reporting:

Ø        Operational report to      :      GM of China (Solid Line)

Ø        Functional report to        :      GM of American Headquarter (Dolt Line)

Main Responsibilities:

Ø        Provide technical interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Service, Manufacturing/Sourcing and Project Management throughout the life cycle for HTS cable projects.

Ø        Collect and analyze the customer requirements in HTS cable

Ø        Support customer project acquisition

Ø        Observation and analysis of potential customer's activities (legislation, incentives, etc.)

Ø        Technically astute.  Operates with a strong respect towards engineering and is astute to varying styles and personalities of disciplines outside of Sales.

Ø        Possesses uncompromising integrity. 

Qualification:

Ø        Minimum 3 years of related or similar work experience.

Ø        Familiar with the power cable technical parameters and specifications

Ø        Master the manufacturing process and applications of Power cable.

Ø        Familiar with the superconductive technology, vacuum technology and cryogenic technology.

Ø        Self directed, with proven leadership, project management, organizational and planning skills.

Ø        Ability to adapt "real-time" to rapidly changing business and team needs. Willingness to travel within the region.

Ø        Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills with ability to adapt to any level in the organization.

Ø        Good English skill, verbal and written. Global experience with proven ability to work with international teams.

Ø        Strong information analytical skill

Ø        Work experience in large scale manufacture of cable/HTS cable will be plus

Education:

Ø        BS or above Degree in Electrical Engineering,

Place of work:

Ø        Position based in Beijing/Shanghai/Suzhou
