做好的2468铜包铝线氧化了还能用吗？ - 无图版

是2468 20 #一年前做好的线，现在一端打端子一端渡锡插板，焊好板后一拉，线芯就从中间断了，有氧化了的白色粉末。线还能用吗。
最先公司不懂，买了 很多铜包铝，现在还有。还能用吗

铜包铝能做UL2468 20#的吗？铜包铝在UL758里面规定只可以做12#或以上的导体规格啊！

哈哈，你们偷工减料也太严重了，建议所有的线材导体不要用CCA，即使是非标线，因为很难焊锡也很容易断。品至很难保证.一般用来做个编制和缠绕和缠绕，还要在0.12以上.

铜包铝并不是一无是处，但是要符合标准要求的，用在一些信号，如网络线等。
但是很多厂商，为了节约成本，用电镀的，更严重是，只有表面颜色是铜色，这样子做品质就无法保证了。
