Job Description:

·         To transfer customer harnessing drawing or requirement to harnessing making process guideline, including BOM, Process steps, in-process testing as well as final testing.

·         To design overall harnessing workshop and supervisor harnessing operation

·         To define general tooling necessary for harnessing operation and to specify particular tools for given harness.

·         To deliver harness technical training to operators

·         Other tasks assigned by department

Basic Qualification

·         Bachelor degree or above

·         Min. 5 years related experience in multinational corporation

·         Familiar with components used for varies harnesses, such lug, terminal, etc.

Qualification plus

·         Ability to understand harnessing drawing and design harness per customer requirements

        Ability to design ERP system to support harnessing operation
