Account Manager – Industrial Cable 销售经理-工业电缆

To provide complete sales and marketing services to all customers and prospective customers to achieve and exceed sales target, enhance Belden's market awareness, expanding its customer base, and increase market share.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Execute daily sales calls activities by conveying and explaining company policies and procedures to all customers and prospects in a positive and constructive manner;

2. Develop an annual territory sales plan keyed to customers and driven by the sales and marketing plans that are to be accomplished;

3. Participate in trade and professional associations to keep up to date on new developments, be proactive and creative in exploring market opportunities;

4. Track the competitors’ information and marketing trend; actively communicate with the marketing team in updating market information, preparing and organizing marketing activities & events within the assigned territory;

5. In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, provides assistance and guidance to all distributors to maintain sufficient inventory of product to provide proper balance and depth and turns of the inventory.

6. Review sales forecast and project funnel and update to Regional Sales Manager;

7. Prepare and provide required sales reports for the Regional Sales Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

1. BA degree with at least 5 years' experience in wire & cable related industry;

2. Initiative, self motivated, independently, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;

3. Language: Chinese, English

 

Application Engineer- Industrial Cable应用工程师-工业电缆

To provide complete technical and training support to all customers (internal & external) in the field of Industrial Cable, assist in developing and maintain technology oriented programs for sales activities, as it relates to new product design, technology information gathering and dissemination and education on a timely basis in order to meet the strategy of technological leadership.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Shared responsible for training and technical support day-to-day operations.
2. Constantly review competitor’s products for their pros & cons, liaising with headquarter on latest development on products.
3. Serve as the initial point of contact for resolution of Industrial Cable related problems. Troubleshoot research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues.
4. Make sales calls with Sales Representatives to provide technical assistance and report customer needs to appropriate Belden personnel.
5. Evaluate and prepare technical mailers for customers.
6. Maintains general knowledge of manufacturing and assembly operations, test methods, material and machine capability at all facilities.
7. Provides product information to Sales & Marketing for quotation and/or new product initiation.
8. Provides response to requests for technical data, application data, test data and field complaints.
9. Maintains technical data files of all standard products and those of our competitors.
10. Recommends market and product changes and revisions based on developing trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BA degree with at least 3 years’ experience in the field of industry automation;
2. Initiative, self motivated, independently, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;
3. Language: Chinese, English

Product Manager-Wire & Cable产品经理-电线电缆

With enough product and application knowledge, by working closely with Sales & AE, initial local market promotion, product and solution position, and support Marketing Director on Pricing program for the Sales& marketing team to achieve target/budget within the territory.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Develops & conduct the presentation/tactical plans to vertical markets

2. Identifying product and market opportunities for proposal using defined marketing processes.

3. Conduct marketing tools for target vertical market.

4. Development of pricing program for Wire & Cable.

5. Launching product and program roll-outs, training the sales/AE/customers.

6. Remains current updated for all industry specifying such as UL, NEC, EIA, FCC, IEC etc., and provide the guide on Key vertical.

7. Provides product support, both internal and external for Key vertical.

8. Build up the product mapping for available product & propose the product Roadmap.

9. Conducts product/sales seminar, road-show or other marketing related activities.

10. Monitors competition/market trend and provides analysis of pricing actions; product lines; and market positioning on key vertical.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Undergraduate University Degree

2. Two years PM experience or 6 years of Technical/application engineering experience in a Sales/Marketing organization from related industry

3. Must Know/Familiar the control & signal cable industry.

 

Channel Manager-Networking渠道经理-综合布线

To implement and manage a well defined Channel Policy for the region, partnership with distributors on order & project opportunities/funnel to achieve sales targets within the nominated accounts.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Create and maintain good relationships with nominated distributors in North China region and develop comprehensive sales plan for the nominated customers
2. Develop prospect list for sales opportunities, maintain active funnel, qualify, follow up and close opportunities for assigned accounts/customers
3. Coordinate and communicate cross region project information with sales team in other territory
4. Plan and implement the support programs to accelerate the growth of targeted regions and partners with great potential;
5. Support to offer the seminars, technical forums etc. to target customers with local partners;
6. Support the promotion activities, such as exhibition, advertisement conducted by partners;
7. Assist in organizing the regional and national partners meeting;
8. Organize training to the new-developed partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BA degree major in business/marketing, 3-5 years sales experience or relevant distributor management experience in electric drive or IT related background is preferred
2. Initiative, self motivated, independently, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills
4. Language: Chinese, English
