很简单:

导体为镀锡软铜线,绝缘PVC,绝缘厚度0.38MM,

比如:

26AWG    ID=1.3

28AWG  ID=1.15

30AWG  ID=1..0

24AWG  ID=1.45

22AWG  ID=1.6

由绞合好的镀锡铜和外被组合而成,导体型号由16AWG~28AWG,外被一般都用SR-PVC,还要油印字,

平均厚度:15Mils  最小为:13Mils,这是标准厚度呀,跟我们所说的0.40mm有什么不同呀

1007是最简单的线,80度300V的,15MIL平均厚度,13MIL最小厚度,你没有通过认证是不能做的,只有通过认证才可以印UL标志的
