工程研发部经理

Responsibilities:

1.       Optimize the product & process to improve the product quality, reduce the production cost.

2.       In Charge of the technical development in designing new product.

3.       Identify and direct department improvement activities.

4.       Communicate objectives and goals of the team with all engineers.

5.       Be responsible for the budget plan & implement.

6.       Communicate with other departments (Sales, PD, MT, QA) for product & process services.

Qualifications:

1.       Min.8 years in product design and 3 years of management experience in Cable field.

2.       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Cable related.

3.       Familiar with the procedure of product development.

4.       Rich knowledge of engineering to manage product development team.

5.       Good at writing and reading by English.

6.       Excellent in communication, leadership & management skills.

导体材料

现在是耐克森凯迅, 主要做网络线,大对数数据缆和同轴. 工资不确定,其它福利还可以, 听说薪资一般吧

不知道里面大环境怎么样

23樓的，好像隻有你在亂說吧，隻要懂英語就可以，那麼是否外企不管哪個職位，隻要懂英語就可以了呢？

英语只是进外企的敲门砖而已，能否坐稳做好还是要看能力的。这个工程部经理要求蛮高的，应该是要求很高的通信电缆经验（估计没有5年以上经验基本上没戏），此外，沟通能力也要求非常强。

楼主给问一下，他们肯卖氟塑料发泡芯线不，QQ532354167，是这个系列产品的高端。
